Aparna Ravi is a practising lawyer and partner at Samvad Partners in Bangalore. Her practice focuses on banking and finance, insolvency law, private equity and venture capital investments and general corporate advisory matters. Aparna was a member of Bankruptcy Law Reform Committee and continues to be closely involved with research around insolvency law reform in India. She is an adjunct faculty at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and is currently a visiting faculty at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Aparna is qualified to practice law in India and in New York.
