Pavithra Manivannan is a Research Lead at XKDR Forum. Her research focuses on public procurement, legal systems and regulatory theory, with an emphasis on institutional capacity. 

Before joining XKDR Forum, Pavithra was at J. Sagar Associates, where her practise focused on general commercial laws and foreign exchange regulations.
