Saikat Datta is the CEO and co-founder of DeepStrat, a New Delhi-based strategic consultancy and think tank. He specialises in issues related to risk assessments and management, security, technology and public policy. He is a published author and his peer-reviewed research has been published in many books and research journals ranging from SAIS, Johns Hopkins to the US Army War College, The Stimson Center and the Centre for Land Warfare Studies.
