Yancheng Qiu is a Ph.D. candidate at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) Business School. His primary research interest is centered around using novel data to better understand how information and financial frictions affect credit markets and corporate behaviors. In particular, his research papers span credit risk, corporate bonds, international finance, and alternative data. He will be on the job market in the 2022-2023 academic year.
